The contract comprises the core mission supplemented by the following missions: EXE (Execution) + CSSI (Fire Safety and Security Coordination) + STD (Technical Design) + CIE (Environmental Impact Assessment) + ACV (Life Cycle Assessment). The OPC (Project Management and Coordination) mission (optional tranche) may also be awarded to the successful bidder. The project includes accommodation units (34 beds), a technical platform, and various premises intended for professionals. The budget allocated to the works is €6,200,000 excluding VAT. Bidders should note the remuneration rate, capped at 11.5%, excluding OPC.
