The purpose of this consultation is to provide comprehensive project management services related to the studies and monitoring of the façade renovation work at Les Hautes Noues, Villiers-sur-Marne (94). This consultation follows a previous consultation on the same subject, which was cancelled due to a redefinition of Paris Habitat's needs. The estimated cost of the project is €7,650,000 excluding VAT. The project manager's role begins upon notification of the contract award and continues until the end of the warranty period for the completion of the work, regardless of the actual duration of the work. To assess the nature of the services to be performed, candidates must visit the site. To do so, they must schedule an appointment with the site managers, whose contact information is provided on the site visit slips. To confirm the visit, candidates must submit the site visit slip, dated and signed by the person authorized by Paris Habitat.
