France – Architectural, engineering and planning services – MISSIONS DE MAITRISE D'oeUVRE LIEES AUX OUVRAGES D'INFRASTRUCTURES ROUTIERES DU DEPARTEMENT DE L'ESSONNE

This framework agreement covers all study and inspection services related to the role of project manager for road infrastructure projects in the Essonne department. These services will cover roads, dedicated public transport lanes, and cycle paths, both in urban and rural areas, for projects with an estimated cost of less than €4 million excluding VAT. The contracting authority may entrust the contractor with partial (one or more elements of the project) or full (all elements of the project) project management assignments, governed by Book IV of Part Two of the French Public Procurement Code, which pertains to public contracts related to public contracting authorities and private project management. The missions covered by this framework agreement relate to the Infrastructure - Rehabilitation or Infrastructure - Construction category of works, as defined in Articles R-2431-1 to R-2431-3 and R-2431-24 to R-2431-31 of the French Public Procurement Code, and will be as follows: - complete or partial basic project management missions, including the following mission elements: * Preliminary design studies (AVP) * Detailed design studies (PRO) * Assistance to the contracting authority for the awarding of works contracts (ACT) * Execution studies (EXE and VISA) * Management of the execution of works contracts and scheduling, management, and coordination (DET) * Scheduling, management, and coordination (OPC) * Assistance provided to the contracting authority during acceptance operations and during the warranty period for perfect completion (AOR). - additional missions, remunerated on the basis of the fixed prices and daily rates listed in the price schedule.
