This consultation concerns a project management contract for the rehabilitation and extension of the Robert Tatin Museum site. The procurement method chosen is a restricted design competition based on preliminary designs, in accordance with Articles L. 2172-1, R2162-15 to R2162-26, and R2122-6 of the French Public Procurement Code. The project manager's role will be a project management mission defined in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations governing public contracting authorities and their relationship with private project managers (Articles L2430-1 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code). The competition is organized in two phases: - First phase: candidates submit a complete application file to verify their eligibility. At the end of this first phase, 3 candidates, a maximum of 4, will be invited to participate in the second phase. - Second phase: participants anonymously submit a project file at the Sketch+ level.
