This framework agreement (FA) aims to define the general contractual terms between the contracting authority and the economic operator awarded the FA for the award of Subsequent Contracts (SCs) related to the project management services for the renovation of the building envelope of the Pouillon building on the Schuman campus – Aix-Marseille University. The services are described in general terms in the specifications of the framework agreement (General Terms and Conditions, Technical Specifications, and appendices) and will be described in detail in the Special Conditions, which serve as a commitment document (Special Conditions, which serve as a commitment document) and appendices of each subsequent contract awarded to the successful bidder in the open tender process. This building primarily houses tertiary sector activities dedicated to teaching, research, and related administration. The framework agreement is not divided into lots. The framework agreement includes a minimum and a maximum threshold: Minimum threshold: minimum contractual quantity corresponding to the award of the first subsequent contract, which will be notified at the same time as the notification of the framework agreement: Subsequent Contract No. 1, which covers design studies and monitoring of the works for the following phases: Phase 1: "Roofs zones 4-7-11-12, Services impacted on the underside, IEJ (4) R+3, RI (7) R+2, Student Services, cross-functional mission, Mistral Amphitheater (11 + 12) Ground Floor". Phase 2: "Roofs zones 1-3-6, Services impacted on the underside: Turret roof terrace (1) R+5, LDPSC and LTD and unused attic space (3) R+4, Insurance Law (6) R+3".
