The project management contract will include a core building design mission (ESQ/APS/APD/PRO/EXE1/ACT/EXE2/DET/AOR), with the following additional missions: - Fire safety system coordination (CSSI), - Scheduling, planning and coordination (OPC), - Energy monitoring of the buildings for 24 months after delivery. The BIM mission is integrated into the project manager's responsibilities, with the creation of a digital model. The budget allocated to the works is €3,400,000.00 excluding VAT (September 2024 value). The consultation is open to any candidate or multidisciplinary team with expertise in all of the following areas, several areas of expertise being possible within the same design office: Architecture, Construction Economics, Timber Structure Engineering, Concrete Structure Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, including Thermal and High and Low Voltage Systems, Civil Engineering, with expertise in road infrastructure and management of...
