France – Architectural services for buildings – Avis de concours restreint de Maîtrise d'œuvre pour la réalisation de la Cité de la Bière à Bailleul

This notice concerns a restricted design competition at the preliminary design stage (ESQ+) for the creation of the Cité de la Bière (Beer City) on the Nordlys brownfield site in Bailleul. In November 2023, Cœur de Flandre Agglo was selected as the winner of the call for expressions of interest issued by the Hauts-de-France region to host the future regional Beer City. The chosen site for the facility is the Nordlys brownfield site located in the center of Bailleul, in the immediate vicinity of Place Charles De Gaulle, covering an area of nearly 8,000 m². The program includes: - Museum spaces (exhibition and associated logistics areas) with 950 m² of floor space, as well as a 200 m² themed garden - Visitor reception areas with 600 m² of floor space - A restaurant/bar area and associated technical spaces with 700 m² of floor space - Activity spaces (multipurpose seminar room, educational workshops, and associated logistics areas) with 700 m² of floor space - Site management areas with 250 m² of floor space - The development of a 350 m² visitor reception plaza - Outdoor areas dedicated to logistics and parking
