France – Architectural services for buildings – CONCOURS RESTREINT DE MAITRISE D'OEUVRE SUR ESQUISSE POUR LA CONSTRUCTION DE LA MEDIATHEQUE DEPARTEMENTALE A VINEUIL

This public call for tenders aims to select candidates eligible to submit a bid for the construction of a departmental media library on the Vineuil site. This project aims to create a leading cultural facility, sharing certain services with the Departmental Archives. This media library will be a resource center for libraries throughout the region, offering documents, training, advice, and cultural activities. It will include a reception and consultation area for the collections, a logistics area for managing loans and events, a 100 m² showroom to showcase educational tools, a BibLab digital space dedicated to discovering digital tools, and optimized professional spaces to improve working conditions. The project will emphasize exemplary and innovative architecture, with an ergonomic and sustainable design. A 120-seat multipurpose room, divisible into two spaces, will be available for training and events. The provisional budget allocated to the works covered by this competition is set at: €6,000,000 excluding VAT, based on the economic conditions of March 2025.
