France – Architectural services for buildings – Marché de MOE pour les travaux d'assainissement et clos-couvert du château d'Espeyran et ses communs

The project manager's mission includes the design and monitoring of the following works: Restoration of the castle's elevations (TF) and outbuildings (TO); Restoration of the castle's exterior woodwork (TF) and outbuildings (TO); Restoration of the castle's roof structure (TF) and outbuildings (TO); Sanitation of the castle; Drying and dehumidification of the chapel; Treatment of rising damp in the castle; Insect control of the castle's architectural woodwork. All the elements of the mission entrusted to the contractor are described in Appendix 1 of the Special Conditions of Contract (CCAP). The services under this contract are reserved for heritage architects, accompanied by their subcontractors (technical design offices, etc.). The successful project manager must therefore hold a specialized degree in heritage studies (DSA with a specialization in "Architecture and Heritage" from the École de Chaillot) and have experience in heritage restoration. In the case of a consortium, the architectural firm(s) must be the lead contractor. The co-contractors (in particular the engineering firms) can submit bids as part of several groups of candidates.
