France – Arts-facility operation services – Concession de service public pour la réhabilitation, la gestion et l'exploitation des équipements festifs et de restauration de la plage de l'impérial

The public service delegation was awarded in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 1411-1 et seq. of the French General Code of Local Authorities and Articles R. 3121-5 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code. The choice of contract, which is the subject of this procedure, must meet the main objectives of the Municipality, and more specifically: - Ensuring a balance between the accessibility of a public space open to the widest possible audience and the economic operation of festive and catering facilities, - The Concessionaire's responsibility for investments necessary to rehabilitate the Municipality's assets (bringing buildings up to standard and rehabilitation, including energy efficiency), - Imposing operational constraints on the Concessionaire related to the opening of facilities throughout the year and ensuring control over the conditions and procedures for using the facilities, - The Concessionaire's contribution to the site's recreational activities and participation in cultural events organized within the municipality (notably the Annecy International Animated Film Festival).
