France – Arts-facility operation services – DELEGATION DE SERVICE PUBLIC (DSP) POUR L'EXPLOITATION ET LA GESTION DE LA SALLE DE SPECTACLE LE «6MIC» DE LA VILLE D'AIX-EN-PROVENCE

The Concessionaire's responsibilities are: 1) Commercial and cultural operation of the 6 MIC: Cultural and artistic programming; Promotion of the 6 MIC; Organization and hosting of events; Provision of associated services; Collection of operating revenues and related fees for the operation of the public service concession; 2) Technical operation of the 6 MIC, including all interventions and actions necessary to ensure the proper management of the 6 MIC and ultimately the smooth running of the events hosted: Routine maintenance and renewal work within the limits defined in the Contract; Inspection and cleaning of equipment; Security of the 6 MIC / Safety and security of events, property, and the public; etc. These responsibilities are detailed in the Contract.
