France – Beach services – Délégation de service public balnéaire pour l'exploitation de 9 lots de plage naturelle n° M2, M6, M8, M9, M10, M11, M12, M13 et M14

The management, through public service concession agreements, of nine beach lots with the following areas: M2 - 1235 m², M6 - 929 m², M8 - 862 m², M9 - 1000 m², M10 - 1078 m², M11 - 1004 m², M12 - 934 m², M13 - 1190 m² (including 157 m² of pontoon), M14 - 1164 m² (including 157 m² of pontoon). The concession holders will be responsible for making the investments necessary for the operation of the service, including the reconstruction of beach facilities using removable structures. They will manage the service at their own risk and will be remunerated based on operating results. The concession holders will pay the Municipality an annual fee comprised of a fixed portion of €57 per square meter, revised annually based on the annual variation of the TP07b index, and a variable portion equal to a percentage of the pre-tax turnover proposed by each candidate in this tender, which cannot be less than 0.5%. The total estimated value of the 9 lots is €150,000,000 excluding VAT over the total duration of 12 years.
