France – Building-cleaning services – Entretien ménager des bâtiments communaux

This contract concerns the cleaning of municipal buildings in the Chessy Studios and Congress Center business park. The contract includes routine cleaning services (carried out according to a schedule) and occasional services (carried out based on purchase orders issued as needed). The services in Lot 1 are awarded at mixed prices. This lot is therefore composed of: - a fixed portion, paid according to a lump sum price, for routine/recurring cleaning services; - a variable portion, paid on the basis of unit prices for occasional cleaning services. The variable services are governed by the rules of framework agreements (without subsequent contracts and with a single contractor) executed via purchase orders, without a minimum annual amount, and capped at a maximum annual amount of €250,000 excluding VAT. | This contract concerns the cleaning of the windows of all the City's buildings. The services covered by this lot are remunerated by application of a fixed, lump-sum price.
