France – Cafeteria services – La présente Convention a pour objet principal de déléguer au Concessionnaire la mission de service public portant sur la gestion et l'exploitation du bar-restaurant et de la salle de réception de la zone de loisirs de Plan Perret à COMBLOUX

In accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, the Concessionaire is responsible, for the duration of the public service delegation, for the following services: • the rehabilitation, under its project management and at its own expense, of the main building for use as a bar-restaurant and the second building for use as a reception hall, as referred to in Appendix 2 and described in the plans attached in Appendix 10 hereto, including the acquisition of the equipment necessary for operation; • the financial support and execution of the planned site rehabilitation work, according to the building permit application attached in Appendix 3; • the completion of all steps necessary to obtain the administrative authorizations, approvals, or declarations required for the operation of the premises, it being specified that the municipality will submit the building permit application relating to the planned site rehabilitation work; • the technical and commercial operation of the bar-restaurant and the reception hall within the concession area; The welcoming of users year-round, under optimal conditions of safety, hygiene, comfort, and accessibility; the provision of a varied and high-quality catering service, in accordance with the requirements set forth in Article 14; the upkeep and maintenance of the concession's equipment and facilities; and the commitment to carry out communication activities designed to promote the attractiveness of the Plan Perret leisure area and, more broadly, the attractiveness and reputation of the Municipality of Combloux, in line with and consistent with the destination's communication strategy.
