France – Camping-site services – Contrat de concession sous forme de délégation de service public pour le développement et l'exploitation du Camping "Lac des Varennes" à Marçon

The purpose of this consultation is to select the future public service concessionaire for the development and operation of the "Lac des Varennes" municipal campsite (250 pitches). This procedure is conducted in accordance with the French Public Procurement Code and Articles L1411-1 et seq. and R1411-1 et seq. of the French General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT). In particular, the procedure will be carried out in compliance with the rules applicable to contracts relating to Article R3121-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This is an open procedure: candidates are informed that they must submit their application and bid simultaneously. The application and bid must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set out in the Consultation Rules. The concession area includes a 250-pitch campsite on 8.9 hectares of land. The contract covers the management of the campsite, including a bar/snack bar. The campsite must be designated as a 3-star "Tourism" campsite. The concession holder will be responsible for undertaking these procedures at their own expense. A "nature-oriented" positioning is expected, given the site's characteristics and the land conditions. The campsite must be geared towards welcoming: - touring customers, including motorhome users, - tourists on short and long stays, with the development of a quality offering adapted to demand. The concession holder must detail their intentions in their proposal, - residential customers (without increasing the current number), - business customers, according to the positioning chosen by the operator. All types of customers must be admitted to the campsite.
