Two joint site visits are being organized by the General Services Department to visit the following four sites: Departmental Council building, Sarthe Lecture Hall, Bollée Monthéard, and the Gasnal gymnasium. Candidates may choose one of the following two time slots: - Thursday, April 25, 2024 - Visit from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Break - Visit resumes from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM - Tuesday, May 21, 2024 - Visit from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM - Break - Visit resumes from 1:30 PM to 5:00 PM. For the other sites in Lot 1, the sites open for visits and their contact information are specified in Appendix 0.1 to the Tender Specifications entitled "Site Visit Report Lot 1" | The sites open for visits and their contact information are specified in Appendix 0.2 to the Tender Specifications entitled "Site Visit Report Lot 2" | The sites open for visits and their contact details are specified in Appendix 0.3 to the Tender Specifications, entitled "Visitor Report Lot 3" | In accordance with Articles L2113-13, R2113-7, and R2113-8 of the French Public Procurement Code, the services of Lot 4 are reserved for work integration social enterprises as defined in Article L. 5132-4 of the French Labor Code and equivalent organizations, provided they employ a minimum of 50% disadvantaged workers. A joint site visit will be held at the Croix de Pierre site on Thursday, May 23, 2024, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. | All services for Lot 5 will be subject to a single-award framework agreement executed through the issuance of purchase orders.
