This agreement covers services related to the execution of IT deployment, user support, on-site support, and other services for the Gérard Mégie campus. This campus houses the Paris-Normandy Regional Delegation (DR16) as well as various entities (functional departments, scientific departments), whose IT, telephony, and network management is handled by the site's Information Systems Department (SSI). The services covered by this framework agreement are to be provided by the contractor as part of a renewal. They include: - Recurring services: These consist of all the tasks necessary for the execution of IT deployment, user support, on-site support, and other services, in accordance with the specifications of the common technical specifications and its appendices. These are predictable services contracted at a fixed price. - Implementation and reversibility services: These consist of all the tasks necessary to implement the services during the reversibility phase carried out by the outgoing contractor (for DR16). These services are implemented at the beginning and end of the framework agreement. They are predictable services contracted at a fixed price. - Additional, so-called "occasional" services: These are services not defined quantitatively, contracted at unit prices, relating to ad hoc interventions as needs arise (e.g., software installation, reversibility, etc.). This is a mixed framework agreement with purchase orders and subsequent contracts, without a minimum and with a maximum annual amount of €930,000 excluding VAT.
