This support, communication, and training package comprises several successive phases. First, a communication and presentation phase, followed by a training phase including core curriculum training and thematic training. This package includes support and guidance services during the migration from Microsoft Office to OnlyOffice. It addresses the following objectives: Providing support services to assist users in the functional use of the tools and resolve any incidents they may encounter; Identifying pain points during deployment and implementing corrective measures; Providing tutorials and other deliverables tailored to their needs to facilitate their autonomy; Identifying desired product enhancements; Managing a network of designated contacts who will act as the primary point of contact for users; Contributing to the definition of best practices for the "Digital Agent Environment" ecosystem.
