All the work contributing to the building envelope: metal framework and structural elements, facade waterproofing, and building envelope. The finishing work contributing to the interior fit-out of the stations: masonry and cladding, glazing and metalwork, joinery, floor/wall/ceiling coverings, furniture, and ceilings. The facades have an unconventional configuration: they are mounted on a steel frame, and a section will be constructed without horizontal crossbeams and clamping caps, requiring a Technical Assessment for Experimentation (ATEx) prior to the execution plans. Infrastructure services around the station, in conjunction with the contractor responsible for the forecourt development and the various utility companies. This contract will also cover all the BIM-based execution studies for the specific trades involved.
