France – Cremation services – DELEGATION DE SERVICE PUBLIC PORTANT SUR LA GESTION ET L'EXPLOITATION DU CREMATORIUM

The purpose of this consultation is to select the economic operator who will run the Clermont Auvergne Métropole crematorium (64-66 Avenue de l'Union Soviétique, 63000 Clermont-Ferrand Cedex 1) under a public service delegation agreement. The Métropole has entered into a 57-month public service delegation contract with OGF for the operation of its crematorium, expiring on May 31, 2026. In anticipation of this contractual expiry date, the Metropolitan Council's resolution of February 21, 2025, adopted the principle of using a public service delegation agreement, designating this as the management method. The concessionaire will be responsible for operating all the service's facilities, administrative, technical, and financial management, user relations, monitoring, facility maintenance, and the maintenance and replacement of cremation equipment. Bids must be submitted electronically. The overall estimated value of the concession is €6,100,000 excluding VAT (constant euros), based on total revenue excluding VAT.
