Operation of the public drinking water distribution service for Nantes Métropole (excluding the DOPEA sector) and external fire protection. Services include, within the limits defined by the Technical Specifications: (i) maintenance and monitoring of drinking water distribution facilities (structures, networks and network accessories, public sections of connections, meters), including sections of pipe located in the territory of other municipalities; (ii) monitoring and control of the quality of the distributed water, detection of anomalies likely to disrupt the proper functioning of the service, and resolution of these situations; (iii) execution of works assigned to the contractor; (iv) management of relations with service subscribers; (v) information and technical assistance to the local authority to enable it to manage its service; (vi) services related to the external fire protection service. The contract includes a performance condition related to the integration through economic activity of people far removed from employment, in accordance with Articles L2111-1 and L2112-2 of the French Public Procurement Code (CCP) | Operation of wastewater collection networks (excluding the DOPEA sector) and stormwater drainage and wastewater treatment (excluding main wastewater treatment plants).
