France – Earthmoving work – Lot 2 : travaux préparatoires : dévoiement des réseaux et comblement partiel du bassin d'agrément avec réalisation d'une plateforme pour accueillir les installations des matières externes et les locaux nobles

The services are paid for at fixed prices. This contract is part of a project aimed at securing stormwater treatment, creating a wastewater treatment unit and technical facilities at the Aquapole Wastewater Treatment Plant (UDEP) located in the municipality of Fontanil Cornillon. This contract is divided into four separate lots. - Lot 1: Preparatory work for the construction of a groundwater well to secure stormwater treatment, create a new wastewater treatment unit and technical facilities. - Lot 2: Preparatory work: rerouting of networks and partial filling of the ornamental pond with the construction of a platform to accommodate the external materials facilities and the main facilities. - Lot 3: Construction of the wastewater treatment and reception facilities and the main facilities. Lot 4: Construction of stormwater management facilities. This consultation concerns only Lot 2. The award procedure for Lot 1 was launched as part of a separate procedure (a simplified "small lot" procedure). The award procedure for Lots 3 and 4 will be launched at a later date. When traveling within the Grenoble-Alpes area covered by the Low Emission Zone (LEZ) (see appendices), the contractor agrees to comply with the LEZ provisions set forth in decree no. 23-AC01155. Exceptions are possible. As part of the ISO-certified quality assurance process for water and sanitation utilities, the contractor is informed that the performance of the contract may be evaluated based on objective criteria relating to the quality of services and compliance with the contractual terms of the contract.
