Electrical and control works contracts relating to the creation of an energy production and distribution process for a new 8.8 MW minimum usable biomass boiler plant, including a biomass flue gas condensation system. This boiler plant will be located at 37 Boulevard de Palissy, in the municipality of Roanne, and will be connected to the Roanne district heating network. The works will include: 1/ A high-voltage/low-voltage substation equipped with one 630 kVA transformer; 2/ A low-voltage distribution system including main distribution boards, general service panels, and connections to the final distribution points; 3/ A continuous uninterruptible power supply (UPS) system; 4/ A backup power supply system including the supply and installation of the generator; 5/ The installation of equipment for the production facilities (biomass silos, biomass boiler room, pump room, office area); 6/ A set of automated control cabinets and the distribution network from these cabinets; 7/ All safety interfaces (APS, relays, emergency stops, etc.); 8/ Fire detection; 9/ Grounding of equipment throughout the site.
