France – Electrical fitting work – Rénovation des postes haute-tension des bâtiments 29, 46B et extension du tableau général haute tension (TGHT) du bâtiment 13B de l'atelier industriel de l'aéronautique de Clermont-Ferrand

The electrical networks (high-voltage, three-phase, and direct current) implemented at AIA CF are numerous, ranging from 5 kV to 400 V. This consultation concerns the renovation of HV substations and the extension of the main high-voltage switchboard (TGHT). The contract will include the following services: - removal of existing equipment - creation of an extension to the TGHT - creation of two new HV/LV substations - removal of the two existing HV lines - creation of one HV line. For each HV substation, the following operations will be carried out: - supply and installation of high-voltage switchgear, - primary and secondary connection of transformers, - supply and installation of a 230 V three-phase LV switchboard (TGBT), a 400 V three-phase LV switchboard (TGBT) and associated protection devices, - connection and replacement of all feeders, protection devices, and controls of the existing installations being retained, - connection of the new installations, - commissioning, validation by an accredited inspection body, and acceptance. To perform these services, the contractor will undertake to replace the existing equipment with new equipment, having the characteristics described in the technical specifications. The contractor will be responsible for all work related to raising and adjusting the equipment (metalwork, mechanics, and civil engineering).
