The footbridge project in Châteauroux aims to span the SNCF railway tracks, connecting the train station to the city's northern and southern districts, located on either side of the tracks. This crossing is intended to promote active transportation and reconnect these areas of the city. The design of this structure must therefore meet stringent technical and structural constraints to ensure a long-span crossing that guarantees the safety and comfort of users, while also addressing the specific requirements of crossing railway lines. Main tasks: - site installations for the construction of the structure as well as all temporary works and structures necessary to guarantee the safety of the site, - earthworks and foundations for the supports of the footbridge, - creation of the stairs, their structure, the pylons, shafts and glazed elevator cabins allowing access to the footbridge and serving as support for the latter thanks to the concrete walls, - construction of the entire metal framework of the pedestrian footbridge and its bracing and expansion joints, - construction of the roof covering of the footbridge and the decking of the deck and access points, - implementation of all the technical and architectural equipment of the structure (structural supports, guardrails, protective mesh, gutters and downpipes, cladding sheets, bicycle storage and technical room, grounding…), - lighting of the footbridge and its access points, etc.
