By its decree no. 71-2025-01-15-00003 of January 15, 2025, ADEME is responsible for securing the former ELIPOL landfills in Montchanin (71). These services include, in particular: - the management and disposal of leachate emitted by the landfills; - the treatment of gaseous effluents emitted by the landfills (monitoring proper operation, changing activated carbon as often as necessary, etc.); - carrying out maintenance work (landscaping, road maintenance, fencing, rainwater harvesting ditches, and the outlet of the Étang des Écrasés pond); - the monitoring and maintenance of all infrastructure (buildings, wells, tanks, pumps, drains, etc.); - monitoring settlement and deformation at the household waste landfill site. The purpose of this consultation is to select the service provider responsible for carrying out the services provided for in the framework of this prefectural decree, until December 24, 2028.
