By decision of the Ministry of Ecology dated September 23, 2024, reference 2024-069, and following the deliberation of its Board of Directors on October 16, 2024, ADEME (the French Agency for Ecological Transition) is responsible for the excavation and removal of contaminated soil to a storage facility, and the supply and placement of clean topsoil on privately owned land, in accordance with the provisions of the prefectural decrees PIG (Public Interest Projects) issued on October 7, 2015, January 16, 2019, and June 23, 2022, by the Prefect of Pas-de-Calais, concerning Métaleurop Nord, and defined for the municipalities of Dourges, Leforest, Noyelles-Godault, Evin-Malmaison, and Courcelles-lès-Lens, within the framework of a planning permit. The purpose of this consultation is to select the service provider responsible for carrying out the services stipulated in this decision.
