France – Forest resources management services – Entretien des espaces forestiers du CEA/CESTA

The expected service relates to the cleaning and maintenance of the forest and heathland areas of the CEA/CESTA; 2 sites are concerned: the main site located in the municipality of Le Barp (33 114) and the TEE site, located in Lugos (33 830) approximately 30 km from the CESTA site. The service is broken down as follows (the volumes detailed below are estimates): - maintenance of the forest and heathland (approximately 900 hectares), - cleaning of ditches/swales (approximately 21), roads/roadsides (approximately 70 km) and gutters (approximately 89 km), - cleaning of internal and external firebreaks (approximately 1,595 km²) and paths and tracks (approximately 46 km), - maintenance of the complexes (approximately 8 complexes of varying sizes, from approximately 1.5 to 113 hectares) and their earth berms (approximately 38 berms), as well as certain specific areas requiring radiation protection expertise (approximately 43 hectares), - clearing of certain areas (approximately 8 hectares), - cleaning of sampling points (approximately 55), - cleaning of the basins (4 basins representing an area of approximately 3,700 m²) and the areas surrounding the technical facilities (19 facilities representing an area of 870 m²). (approximately 1000 m²), - cleaning of internal and external fences (approximately 63 km), - sweeping of roads (approximately 56 km) and parking lots (approximately 3 hectares), - shredding of green waste (once a month in the identified area), - basic tree felling and pruning (approximately 50 interventions per year); more complex services of this nature can be requested on an ad hoc basis and will be managed on a quote basis. Specific services upon request (managed on a unit price schedule or on a quote basis) may include: ditch reshaping, planting of trees or vegetation, thinning, ditch reshaping, installation of culverts, shredding, snow removal, salting, and salt stock management.
