France – Foundation work – Travaux de confortement du talus de la bretelle n° 56 d’insertion de l’A500 vers A8

The works will include, in particular: - Access preparation and development: - Construction of a shotcrete wall with 6 rows of anchors to create a work platform approximately 10m wide at the Chemin des Piera-Longa. This wall, nearly 120m long, will be constructed in successive passes with the opening of alternating narrow sections. It will be equipped with a drainage system consisting of weep holes, drainage strips, a base collection point, a crest channel, and a toe channel. - Installation of 36 type 1 reinforced concrete bored piles, 1m in diameter, spaced 2m apart, with a length of 20m, including 5m of anchorage in the bedrock. - The piles will be connected by a reinforced concrete capping beam which will house an anchoring bed consisting of 35 type 2 (drilled) micropiles, 18 m to 22 m long, with 1.5 m of anchorage in the bedrock. - Redevelopment and restoration of roads and construction areas, including ancillary structures.
