The start date of the framework agreement indicated in this notice (April 1, 2025) is only an estimate. The communication of this estimated date has no contractual value. The framework agreement begins on the date of its notification and runs until June 22, 2026 (initial period). Following this initial period, it will be renewed under the conditions stipulated in Article 4 of the Special Administrative Provisions (CCAP). The procurement process is being conducted by a joint purchasing group. The framework agreement will be executed through the issuance of purchase orders. Services are paid for using unit prices applied to the quantities actually performed. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The framework agreement covers mechanized hedge trimming for Tours Métropole Val de Loire and the member municipalities of the joint purchasing group. The list of members of the joint purchasing group is included in the Special Administrative Provisions (CCAP). The framework agreement sets a maximum amount of €80,000.00 excluding VAT for its total validity period (€40,000.00 excluding VAT for the initial period and €40,000.00 excluding VAT for the renewal period). This value does not represent a target amount; it has been defined to account for any unforeseen events that may occur during the validity period of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is awarded to a single supplier. It covers the provision of services.
