It includes a "standard market" component. and a part "framework agreement with purchase orders".<br/>Services are paid for by unit and fixed prices.<br/>Estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods.<br/>The project is part of a rich context combining the wishes of the Digital Transition Department to improve the capacity to produce in-house IT applications for the services of the community (14,000 end users) and eventually for users of all the municipalities of Toulouse Métropole (metropolis of 1,000,000 inhabitants).
