3.1 UNIT PRICE SERVICES Unit price services include, in particular:  For the administrative part: • The creation and/or updating of all diagrams or plans. • The conversion of the updated diagram sheets into AutoCAD format if they are not already computerized. • The delivery of a Completed Works File (DOE) at the end of each project (see §5.1.10 of the CCTP). • Documentation necessary for verifying services • Test procedures and reports • Supply records • Final acceptance record  For the works component: • Creation of conduit routing and pull chambers, • Supply and pulling of cable, • Connection/integration to the appropriate loop, • Removal of replaced cables (where possible) • Various tests, measurements, and trials in the factory and on-site • Conformity checks, resolution of outstanding issues, and follow-up inspections  For the studies component: • Studies defining the routing to be created or reused • Test programs The contractor undertakes to supply, for the entire duration of the framework agreement, the items referenced in the Specifications. In the event of an item being unavailable for any reason whatsoever, the contractor undertakes to immediately inform the CEA in writing and to propose a replacement with an item of equivalent nature, quality, and price. The CEA will have one month to accept or reject this new article. Substitution is only possible after written authorization from the CEA. 3.2 SERVICES BASED ON A PRELIMINARY QUOTE CHANGE FORM (FDMDP) Services based on an FDMDP concern the performance of unforeseen additional services requiring the replacement of cable sections not initially planned and modification services directly related to the subject of the framework agreement.
