The contactless fluid dispenser must be capable of handling nanovolumes with high precision and integrate seamlessly with the robotic pipetting and diluting system (Lot 2). It must also be designed to operate independently, allowing for flexible use according to the laboratory's needs. The integration of the contactless fluid dispenser with the robotic pipetting and diluting station must be done on a rotating table, thus enabling stand-alone use. The Mediterranean Infection Foundation invites bidders to propose a contactless liquid dispenser, specifically adapted to our application of depositing nanovolumes of liquid solutions onto microscopy slides for indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) analysis. The device will be used to automate and standardize the deposition of liquid solutions requiring high precision and optimal reproducibility to guarantee the most reliable microscopic analysis results possible. The Mediterranean Infection Foundation invites bidders to propose a robotic platform for the automation of two of our indirect immunofluorescence (IIF) serological analysis procedures on 18-well microscopy slides, pre-prepared for specific analyses (see procedures). Currently performed manually, these procedures involve repetitive, time-consuming, and precision-demanding tasks that we wish to automate. This equipment will ensure precise, rapid, and reliable distribution of reagents and samples, standardization of dilutions, and complete process traceability, while reducing the risk of human error. The proposed solution must be capable of preparing slides for a total of 180 samples/day (30 slides) for the screening protocol and 50/day for the quantification protocol (50 slides) in the shortest possible time.
