This framework agreement concerns the restoration of archival registers for digitization by the Buyer's services, making them accessible on the Departmental Archives' website. These are the order registers from the mortgage registry records, primarily dating from the 19th and 20th centuries. Order registers are paper registers of varying sizes and covers, kept by office clerks to locate the correct records. The services will be performed at the contractor's premises. The maximum amount per period is €150,000 excluding VAT. A mandatory site visit will be organized at the Balguerie site (72, cours Balguerie-Stuttenberg - 33000 Bordeaux) to allow bidders to analyze the documents covered by this framework agreement, based on three registers exhibiting varying degrees of deterioration, as well as to assess site access and its technical constraints, in order to best meet the requirements of the services requested. No further visits will be permitted 10 working days before the deadline for receiving bids.
