This consultation is organized for the award of a public service concession for the operation and development of the aeronautical exhibition facilities at the cultural, scientific, and tourist site known as "AEROSCOPIA," located at 6 rue Roger Béteille in Blagnac. The concession will entrust the future concessionaire with the management of these facilities, as well as their operation, promotion, marketing, and development. The main activities consist of the preservation, enhancement, and public presentation of the collections, and the technical and commercial operation of the facilities. Consequently, the concessionaire will bear the operating risk of AEROSCOPIA. The concessionaire will be remunerated through the collection of operating revenues. The concessionaire will actively participate in the attractiveness strategy of the Toulouse region. The concessionaire will be required to make initial investments in the renovation of equipment necessary for the site's operation, as well as in modernization and development work based on a land expansion project envisioned by the local authority. The concession will last for 12 years. The estimated value of the concession contract, as defined in Article R. 3121-1 of the French Public Procurement Code (CCP), is €48 million excluding VAT for a 12-year concession period.
