France – Lift-maintenance services – Entretien, télésurveillance et travaux neufs et de mise en conformité, de sécurité et de fiabilité des ascenseurs des bâtiments communaux

The contract was awarded through an open tendering procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L.2120-1-3, L2124-2 and R.2124-2-1 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is a single-award framework agreement for services, with mixed pricing: It is a fixed annual price for the following services performed in the buildings: Preventive maintenance and verification of the proper functioning of the installations (periodic inspections), remote monitoring of the cabins, corrective maintenance (repairs and call-outs), replacement of small equipment, and regulatory inspections. This contract is based on purchase orders and fixed annual unit prices for the same services for integrated installations during the contract period, and unit prices for the supply of structural equipment and the installation, modification, and improvement work carried out in municipal buildings. These prices are detailed in the price schedule, with no minimum annual amount and a maximum annual amount of €1,200,000 excluding VAT, in accordance with Articles L.2125-1-1, R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4-2 to R. 2162-6, R.2162-13, and R.2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The contract is not divided into lots as defined in Articles L.2113-11 and R.2113-3 of the French Public Procurement Code because its subject matter does not allow for the identification of distinct services. The contract is not a phased contract. Variants are prohibited. The contract does not include any options. The contract will take effect from June 30, 2025 or from its notification date if the latter is later for a period of one (1) year renewable three (3) times by tacit renewal, i.e. a maximum duration of four (4) years.
