Maximum pre-tax amount for services under purchase orders: €1,500,000.00. Maximum pre-tax amount for the total duration of the contract: €1,500,000.00. The framework agreement is "composite." It includes a "standard contract" component and a "framework agreement with purchase orders" component. This consultation concerns services for: - preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment managed by the DEPARTMENT - renewal or rehabilitation services for certain equipment. This "composite" framework agreement sets out all the conditions for the performance of the services. It corresponds partly to a standard contract and partly to a framework agreement with purchase orders. The "standard contract" component concerns the following services: Extended "systematic" preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance included in the fixed price. The "framework agreement with purchase orders" section concerns the following services: Corrective maintenance not included in the fixed price and renewal or rehabilitation services for certain equipment. The tender specifications concern "extended" maintenance (standard P 82-022) of: - Elevators, as well as their electrical power and control cabinets, - Freight elevators, as well as their electrical power and control cabinets, - Lifting platforms, as well as their electrical power and control cabinets, - Escalators, as well as their electrical power and control cabinets. The sites concerned are: - Montpellier Alco and Alco 2 - Montpellier Tourist Office - Montpellier Lifar Alco 3 - Montpellier Pierres Vives - Montpellier Pierres Vives Sports Center. The tender regulations specify the procedures for submitting applications and bids. Candidates are not required to sign the contract documents at the application or bid submission stage.
