France – Maintenance of data network equipment – Fourniture de maintenance pour CISCO CATALYST

As part of its operations and activities, the IN Groupe network team manages various local area networks (LANs) across its French and international sites (Italy, Germany, Denmark, etc.). IN Groupe considers obsolescence an important factor in the lifecycle of its network. Similarly, maintaining critical network components is essential to ensure responsiveness from partners in the event of an incident. Currently, the critical network components (switches in the data center) are under maintenance, but with varying contract expiration dates, which complicates management and can lead to errors or oversights in maintenance renewals, resulting in service disruptions. Responses should allow IN Groupe to assess the candidate's ability to cover the following functionalities: • Provide a maintenance contract for the entire IN Groupe LAN network. • Maintenance payments will be made monthly. • This contract covers the entire range of Cisco switches (see table below). • IN Groupe continues to manage support directly with Cisco (no delegation of tickets). • Each new piece of equipment will be put under maintenance according to the rates negotiated in this RFP (based on the type of equipment). • Align all maintenance contracts to the same date (see table below).
