Acquisition of individual mattresses for persons held in police custody at the premises of the National Police and the National Gendarmerie. In accordance with Article L. 2113-11 of the French Public Procurement Code, this framework agreement does not involve separate services and is therefore not divided into lots. The framework agreement sets out all contractual stipulations. It is executed by means of purchase orders under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is awarded to a single supplier. The framework agreement is concluded for a period of four (4) years, starting from the expiry of the current contract, i.e., September 15, 2025. The decision is notified to the successful bidder by any means that provides proof of delivery. It will give rise to the awarding of subsequent contracts. The validity period of subsequent contracts may not exceed the validity date of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded without a minimum quantity or value and with a maximum financial amount. The estimated quantities, expressed over the duration of the framework agreement, are as follows: 13,070. These figures are not contractually binding on the administration for the execution of the framework agreement. The framework agreement is concluded with a maximum financial amount of €2,548,650 excluding VAT for the duration of the framework agreement.
