The purpose of this consultation is to select an operator for a public service delegation contract relating to the operation of an energy recovery unit and the design, financing, and execution of mandatory works. The contract has a duration of twenty-six (26) years from the effective date of the contract, provisionally set for May 2025. The date for taking over the facilities is provisionally set for December 30, 2025. The contract value is estimated at €890,000,000 excluding VAT, including the TGAP (General Tax on Polluting Activities), or €810,000,000 excluding VAT, excluding the TGAP (value as of May 2023). The concession period is 312 months.
