The Contractor provides support to the waste management team in the area of administrative management of its activities (monitoring the dashboard, tracking the dispatch of memos/letters to various stakeholders, monitoring training, monitoring destructive testing, monitoring destructive testing carried out by disposal facilities, monitoring Level 1 controls, creating and monitoring improvement forms, assisting in the preparation of external audits, project reviews, inspections, and technical visits, updating documentation for various procedures, guides, and instructions, assisting in the preparation and verification of transport files, updating the list of applicable documents, and updating indicators). The Contractor also provides support to the waste management team in the area of managing subcontracting for the operation of its logistics platform.
