France – Planting and maintenance services of green areas – ENTRETIEN DES ESPACES VERTS ET PLANTATION DE VEGETAUX

This lot covers the maintenance of green spaces and planting of vegetation on behalf of the city of Mandelieu La Napoule. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, based on unit prices with minimum and maximum values, setting out all contractual stipulations and executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or competitive bidding, according to the terms stipulated in the framework agreement and in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The amount of services for the initial period is: Annual minimum: €225,000 excluding VAT; Annual maximum: €900,000 excluding VAT. For information purposes, the amounts realized in recent years are as follows: - 1st period: €228,677 excluding VAT - 2nd period: €348,326.99 excluding VAT - 3rd period: €321,400.02 excluding VAT - 4th period: €439,792.13 excl. VAT | This lot covers green space maintenance and planting services for the Foyer Logement Arc en ciel and EHPAD Floribunda site (reserved contract). This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, based on unit prices with minimum and maximum values, setting out all contractual stipulations and executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or competitive bidding, according to the terms stipulated in the framework agreement and in accordance with Articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The amount of services for the initial period of the framework agreement is: Annual minimum: €5,000 excluding VAT; Annual maximum: €40,000 excluding VAT. This is a new requirement to be fulfilled.
