Market Description: This contract concerns a project management mission for studies and works monitoring, including the following elements: - Technical design and implementation mission; - Works monitoring and acceptance mission; - Coordination and management of all stakeholders involved in the project; - Preparation and drafting of regulatory documents and monitoring of procedures; - Administrative management and monitoring: organization of meetings, drafting of minutes, reporting; - Drafting of specifications and management of the updating of diagnostics and supplementary diagnostics. These missions include: - Conducting all studies necessary for the smooth running of the operation; - Taking into account regulatory constraints and their evolution, as well as the local context, to ensure the management and monitoring of execution; - Taking into account the condition of existing infrastructure and its deterioration, and submitting any necessary program adjustments to the project owner; - Ensuring effective coordination with other project owners or project managers, particularly for the removal, replacement, or installation of networks; - Conduct traffic studies and propose necessary diversions during the construction phases. The regulatory and supplementary tasks are planned as follows: For the design phase: Regulatory tasks: DIA / AVP / PRO / AMT / OPC Supplementary tasks: - Additional investigations; - Completion of all studies and documentation required for regulatory procedures for the works; - Geotechnical surveys; - Recalculation of the structure; - Structural assessment; - Site operation file (DESC); - Integration of projects in the sector; - Project file; - Communication mission. For the construction phase: Regulatory tasks: VISA / DET / AOR / OPC Supplementary tasks: - Geotechnical surveys; - Site operation file (DESC); - Project file; - Communication mission
