This contract aims to select the Land Agent responsible for: >Obtaining land control of all the land necessary for the project: - Land hardness assessment, - Ensuring the production of documentary and cartographic materials by land surveyors (assistance in conducting land surveys, preparing the land registry, and surveying documents), - Occupying public land, - Conducting negotiations for amicable acquisitions, implementing and assisting in monitoring acquisitions through legal expropriation, - Sending notification letters, including attachments, of the notice of inquiry opening to all owners and other holders of real rights concerned, and responding to questions raised by the inquiry commissioner or the inquiry commission. >The expected service will only be considered complete when: - The land is vacated within a timeframe compatible with the work schedule, and/or upon commissioning, - The compensation due to owners and occupants, whether through amicable settlement or litigation, are settled in full and definitively, >Ensure their subsequent management (property administration, transfer and resale) until the start of the works and/or until the commissioning of the T8S and the T1NR, >Obtain all the necessary access or occupancy authorizations for the completion of the operation and establish all easements and/or agreements (for the attachment of overhead lines, public lighting, and operating cameras) >Support IDFM in the subsequent management of its assets (redivision, transfers). >Provide legal and land-related consulting services (establishment of boundary documents, land registration of property transfers, preparation of a volumetric division description or amendment, notification of procedural acts by extrajudicial means), >Assist IDFM in the preparation, conduct and conclusion (where appropriate by amicable agreement) of preventive injunctions, >Ensure the production of documentary and cartographic work by expert surveyors, >Provide expertise in land...
