France – Refuse and waste related services – Exploitation de la première phase du casier de stockage B4 de l'Installation de Stockage de Déchets non Dangereux de l'Arbois

This public contract concerns the operation of storage cell no. 4 at the Arbois Non-Hazardous Waste Storage Facility (ISDnD), located within the Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Area. It is a composite public contract, comprising: - Partly a mixed-price contract; - Partly a framework agreement as defined in Article R. 2162-2 et seq. of the French Public Procurement Code, concluded with an economic operator. The "framework agreement" portion sets out all contractual stipulations and will be executed as purchase orders are issued, in accordance with the conditions stipulated in Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The procedures for issuing purchase orders are detailed in the special administrative provisions. In accordance with Articles R. 2113-4 and R. 2113-5 of the Public Procurement Code, this is a contract with firm and optional tranche(s): - Firm tranche: Operation of cell 4, cells 1 to 5; - Optional tranche: Operation of cell 4 up to cell 6. The precise description of the need is set out in the Special Technical Specifications (CCTP).
