This consultation concerns the renewal of the operating contract for the Paris XV recycling sorting center, under the form of a SemOp (Single-Purpose Public-Private Partnership). This is a public service contract. Details of the services are provided in the Technical Specifications (CCTP). Contract duration: The contract is concluded, from the date of its notification to the successful bidder, for an operating period of 6 years from the date prescribed by the commencement order, no later than May 1, 2026, plus 6 months, broken down into 2 months from the date of notification of the contract to allow for preparation for operations and the transfer of staff, and then 4 months following the vacating of the premises by the bidder under the technical operating guarantee, for a total duration of 78 months. For information purposes, the commencement of operating services is scheduled for January 1, 2026 at 00:00. This start date will be confirmed in the first service order.
