France – Repair and maintenance services of motor vehicles and associated equipment – Gestion des véhicules et transports à la demande

This public contract concerns the provision of fleet management services for the CESTA center, owned by the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission), as well as the provision of on-demand transportation services for employees. The operational phase of this contract comprises several positions: - Position 1: Management and maintenance of the vehicle fleet (approximately 170 vehicles, including cars, vans, quadricycles, trucks, bicycles, and trailers). - Position 2: Management of reservations and preparation of vehicles for employee assignments. - Position 3: Provision of on-demand transportation services, both within the CESTA center and externally, within a maximum radius of 30 km around the center. - Position 4: Management of vehicle-related equipment (fuel stations and car wash). The contract will be concluded no later than January 1, 2026, for a fixed term of four years (from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2029) and an optional one-year extension (from January 1, 2030 to December 31, 2030). In accordance with Article L 2112-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, the contract includes performance conditions relating to the environment (across all contract items) and social issues (Item 1.3 concerning the management of bicycle fleet maintenance). An optional one-year extension is planned, from January 1, 2030 to December 31, 2030. Also optional are a two-week inbound reversibility phase (taken before the operational phase) and a two-week outbound reversibility phase (taken during the operational phase at the end of the contract).
