The maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) will be carried out on the Hydrographic and Oceanographic Vessel (BHO) Beautemps-Beaupré and the three hydrographic survey vessels, excluding payload. There will be a minimum of 3 technical stops (1 ATI, 1 extended ATI, and 1 ATM) and a maximum of 8 technical stops (3 ATI, 1 extended ATI, 3 ATM, and 1 AT for Active Service Withdrawal) over the duration of the framework agreement. The services provided under the contract are as follows: - overall industrial project management and site management services, - MRO engineering, including the handling of upgrades, - the execution of major and intermediate maintenance services, including parts and labor, with the objective of ensuring the availability of the installations, as defined in the maintenance plan and the availability charter. These services include: • the execution of fixed-price preventive maintenance tasks as defined in the maintenance plan; • the performance, on a fixed-price basis, of corrective maintenance tasks following technical failures within the scope of available installations as defined in the availability charter; • the performance of additional maintenance services not included in the fixed price, based on a quote or price list; • the availability commitment; • Obsolescence management of certain installations (lateral thruster control systems, steering gear control system, maneuvering equipment control system, obsolescence management of UPS and converters, etc.) • Additional corrective work necessary to extend the BHO's service life (upgrades to certain equipment such as the aft crane and stern gantry, corrective work on the ventilation and air conditioning systems, network corrective work, corrective work on the Diesel Alternators instrumentation), • Supply and repair of spare parts, • Maintenance engineering services (statistical data repository, obsolescence management, technical support, MCO expertise and engineering, inventory of potentially...
