The services fall under category 2 as defined in Article R.4532-1 of the French Labor Code. They concern the resurfacing of road layers for surface operations exceeding 20,000 m² on the national road network managed by the DIR Nord (Northern Regional Roads Directorate) in the departments of Nord and Pas-de-Calais, specifically within the coastal district network. The work will consist primarily of: - Selective milling of the road layers to be renewed and their preparation for reuse in asphalt mixes, or removal to a treatment site, including in cases where asbestos-containing milled material is present; - Application of tack coats and lime slurry; Supply, transport, and application of bituminous mixes: For surface dressing: EB 10 or EB 14 - PMB; EB10 or EB14 - 35/50; BBTM10 - PMB In connection with: EB 10 - 35/50 In base: EB 14 or EB 20 HP - PMB; EB14 or EB20 - 35/50 As an indication and without commitment from the client's representative, the areas to be renewed will be approximately 480,000 m² over a period of 48 months, subject to budget availability. A typical project represents approximately 35,000 m² of continuous pavement with 2-3 operations per year. - Application of MBCF in the hard shoulder - Horizontal marking of renewed pavement layers - Miscellaneous works (grading, spot surface drainage, counting loops) - Temporary work signage.
