France – Sewage pumping stations construction work – Création d’un poste de refoulement des eaux usées et son réseau de refoulement

Lot 1 – Pipelines consists of the implementation of: a gravity pipeline upstream of the pumping station after interception of existing collectors up to the pumping station to be created (Lot n°3) with an indicative length of 190m in 400mm GRP. The route includes a passage under the Tram line 2 track and a passage under the RM132 road (auger drilling); a pumping pipeline from the new pumping station (Lot n°3) to the microtunneling shaft (Lot n°2) with an indicative length of 100m in 450mm HDPE; a pumping pipeline from the microtunneling shaft (Lot n°2) to the delivery point of the Montpellier Méditerranée Métropole Water Authority with an indicative length of 215m in 450mm HDPE; of the diversion of the existing pipeline on Alexander Fleming Street over an indicative length of 230 m in GRP 200 with the reconnection of 6 branches | Lot 2 – Microtunneling consists of the implementation of a discharge pipeline using microtunneling, namely: construction of the microtunneling inlet and outlet shafts at an approximate depth of 11 m, installation of a duct with a diameter of 860 mm over an approximate length of 70 m at the defined elevation and installation of the discharge pipeline in the duct to connect the two shafts over an approximate length of 100 m in HDPE 450, final preparation of the manholes. | Lot 3 – Construction of a Pumping Station – consists of building a new pumping station (9 m x 10 m) to receive the wastewater collected at the two upstream gravity sewers (Lot 1) and transfer it to a new pipeline (Lots 1 and 2) using pumps installed in a dry dock. The structure to be built includes: a suction pit buried at an approximate depth of 7.5 m; a pumping pit equipped with the necessary installations; and a surface technical room housing the required equipment. This lot also includes the construction of the infrastructure around the perimeter of the new pumping station (fencing, gate, heavy-duty road, parking area, etc.).
